Booking Policy
Safari bookings can be made in advance as per the latest rules of the Rajasthan Forest Department.
Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from the forest department.
Safari zones are allocated by the Forest Department, and specific zone requests cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We aim to maintain transparency; however, due to strict government regulations, confirmed safari bookings cannot be canceled or modified.
Jeep Safari and Canter Safari bookings are 100% non-refundable after confirmation.
For current or last-minute bookings, the amount will be refunded only if the booking is not confirmed.
In case the Forest Department cancels or reschedules a safari due to reasons such as weather conditions, VIP movement, or park closure, refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to official government policies.
No refund or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or voluntary cancellations.
Important Note
All bookings for entry and services within Ranthambore Tiger Reserve are provisional. The park authorities reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any booking without prior notice or reason.
