Safari Booking & Payments
All Gypsy Safari and Canter Safari bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. In case a booking request is not confirmed, the paid amount may be refunded. Full payment is required in advance to confirm any safari booking. Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

 

Entry Rules & Regulations
Visitors must carry valid ID proof while visiting Ranthambore National Park. Entry permits must be obtained from authorized sources. The park authorities reserve the right to deny entry or restrict access to certain zones based on safety or capacity.

 

Booking Policy
Safari bookings are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific zone selection is not guaranteed, although we try to accommodate preferences whenever possible.

 

Visitor Conduct
Visitors must follow all park rules and guidelines. Any disturbance to wildlife, including loud noises, music, feeding, or teasing animals, is strictly prohibited. Visitors must respect nature and maintain discipline during safaris.

 

Photography & Filming
Personal photography is allowed. However, commercial photography or filming requires prior permission from the relevant authorities and may include additional charges.

 

Safety Guidelines
Visitors must follow all safety instructions given by guides and park officials. Maintaining a safe distance from wildlife is mandatory. Smoking or using fire inside the park is strictly prohibited.

 

Accommodation & Camping
Accommodation inside the park depends on availability and must be booked in advance. Camping is allowed only in designated areas with proper permission.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All confirmed safari bookings are non-refundable. In case of cancellation by park authorities due to unavoidable reasons, an alternative booking may be provided, subject to availability.

 

Medical Emergencies
Basic assistance may be provided during emergencies, but visitors are advised to carry their own medicines and medical essentials.

 

User Responsibility
Visitors are responsible for their belongings. Any damage caused to park property or wildlife due to negligence may result in legal action.

 

Pricing & Charges
If there is any increase in government fees, taxes, fuel charges, or guide fees after booking, the additional amount must be paid by the visitor.

  • Booking requests should be submitted at least one day in advance

  • 100% confirmation is not guaranteed

  • Any safari zone between 1 to 10 may be allotted

  • ID proof is mandatory for all visitors

  • Passport details are required for foreign tourists

  • Bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance

Visitors must report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled safari time.
